Srinath Narayan
CEO & President

Srinath Narayan is the CEO and President and is responsible for leading all aspects of strategy, marketing, sales and operations for Rimhub. As an entrepreneurial senior telecom executive, Srinath has over 20 years of hands-on experience leading and managing all functional areas of marketing, sales and operations. He has a proven track record of achieving revenue and EBITDA objectives in start-up, turnaround and rapid-change environments.

Rimhub, Srinath held executive level positions at Primus Telecommunications, where he was a key contributor to the growth of the company from start-up to a Fortune 1000 company with over $1.2 billion in revenues. He led worldwide teams of over 200 employees, and managed P&Ls for business divisions exceeding $100 million in revenues. Earlier in his career, Srinath also served in a variety of technical and marketing positions at Startec Telecom and Infosys.

Srinath has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications engineering from the University of Mysore, India, an M.S. in Computer Science, and an M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.

Su Fan
Chief Marketing Officer

Su Fan is the Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for Rimhub’s global marketing strategy and execution, including: corporate and product marketing, industry solutions marketing, partner marketing, communications, press relations, and Web presence.  Su brings 15 years of marketing experience from the telecommunications industry with disciplines in online and offline marketing, program development and execution, churn management, and product development and management.

Su was previously Senior Director of Marketing at Primus Telecom directing their corporate, consumer, and commercial marketing initiatives.  She also worked for Nextel Communications (now Sprint) in various marketing positions.  Su has also done entrepreneurial stints as an independent consultant supporting several clients with their customer acquisition and retention efforts.  She is a graduate of University of Maryland where she received Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Arne Bergquist
VP, Network Services & Operations

Arne is the Vice President of Network Services and Operations responsible for the design, deployment and service delivery of Rimhub's network services/operations portfolio. He brings over 15 years of experience in operations, engineering, and network planning in telecommunications. Arne previously served in multiple senior management capacities for Primus Telecommunications Group, including USA, Australia, and Canada where he was responsible for engineering, operations and network planning. Prior to Primus, Arne served in various operational positions at PCCW Global.

Arne received a MA from Tulane University and a BA from the University of New Orleans.

Omar Paul
Vice President, IP Services

Omar Paul is the Vice President of IP Services and is responsible for developing and growing Rimhub's portfolio centering IP communication services - from apps development, to sales and deployment, and to support and service. He brings over a decade of experience in areas of VoIP application architectures, the use of apps to drive service provider solutions, and effective mobile engagement strategies using smartphones Before joining Rimhub, Omar worked for BroadSoft, an industry leader in VoIP application server solutions. He led the programming of some their flagship application products, built and ran their Tier 3 Engineering support group, helped launched BroadSoft Xtended, their Web 2.0 initiative, and product managed their desktop, mobile, and web-based client apps.

Prior to Broadsoft, Omar worked for EIS International, a telecom call center software company. He is also the founder of AakinaTek, which focuses on developing innovative and disruptive app solutions inspired by the Internet. He received a B.S. in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Loyola and an M.S. in Computer Science from the George Washington University.

Kishor Patel
President, Middle East & Africa

Kishor Patel, President of Rimhub Middle East & Africa is an executive with over 17 years of international telecommunications experience. He was most recently President of Primus Europe and USA. Kishor's prior roles in the telecom industry include Head of New Business at OneTel (part of Centrica Group) and Director at Telco Global Ltd. He was part of Telco Global's senior leadership team responsible for driving the telecom, Internet and mobile services provider's rapid growth to one million customers and £250 million in annual revenues.

Kishor qualified as an ACA with Deloitte & Touche in London, and later joined their Management Consultancy Division, eventually specializing in telecom.

Kishor holds undergraduate and post-graduate degrees (obtained respectively from Imperial College, University of London, and St Johns' College, Cambridge) in Theoretical Physics and Applied Mathematics.

Ramesh Bisht

He is responsible for the company’s finance and accounting functions.  He brings more than 11 years of extensive experience in the field of Finance, Planning, Control, Accounts, Auditing and Taxation. Ramesh has led several initiatives in finance including new process set up, Management Reporting & Analysis, financial accounting, maintaining Internal Control Systems & compliances and driving synergies through internal consolidation of businesses.

Ramesh has worked on various senior positions in finance and has been recognized by his employers and clients alike for his excellence.  Ramesh is a certified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from Delhi University. He is also certified IFRS from the world-renowned institution of UK, ACCA.

Arvind Thakur

Nidhi is a seasoned HR professional with over 8 years of experience in several companies including American Express, and has overall responsibility of talent acquisition, training, development and retention at Rimhub. She drives the development and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives, benefits administration, compensation programs, employee engagement and process improvement initiatives. An inveterate people-person, Nidhi has designed popular employee-engagement programs, coached and developed leaders in effective team building, goal setting and conflict resolution.

K. Paul Singh

K. Paul Singh, Chairman of Rimhub, Inc., is a well known global CEO and entrepreneur in the telecommunications industry. Mr Singh is also Chairman of InterCentrus Global Data, Inc., a data center company with operations in Sao Paulo, Brazil. For 15 years prior to joining Rimhub, he served as Co-founder, Chairman and CEO, of Primus Telecommunications Group, Incorporated - a global telecommunications business with annual revenue of approximately $1Billion that is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: PTGI).

Prior to Primus, Mr. Singh served as the Vice President of Global Marketing for MCI.  He was also the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Overseas Telecommunications, Inc. (OTI), a provider of international private digital network services to large multinational corporations, which he founded in 1984 and subsequently purchased by MCI in 1991.  Mr. Singh served as Vice President of Strategic Planning at M/A-Com Corporation prior to launching OTI.  He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MSEE from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Andrew Lipman

Andy is a partner at Bingham McCutcheon LLP and has spent more than 30 years developing their firm’s Telecommunications, Media and Technology Group into one of the largest law practices of its kind in the nation. He practices in virtually every aspect of communications law and represents telecom clients in both private and public sectors in the U.S., Central and South America, Europe, Asia and other parts of the world.

Andy has been involved in nearly every new legal and regulatory policy at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), at state public service commissions, in Congress and before courts to open the U.S. local telephone market to competition. He also helped shape crucial provisions of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and has used similar approaches to promote the opening of foreign markets. He also obtained one of the first competitive local service and interconnection agreements in continental Europe and the first competitive fiber network application in Japan. Andy's expansive practice includes the strategic analysis of companies' telecom user agreements, including renegotiating existing agreements, and when necessary, negotiating new, more favorable telecom user agreements.

For nearly a decade, while maintaining his partnership at the firm, Andy also served as senior vice president, legal and regulatory affairs, for MFS Communications, the nation's largest competitive local services provider. One of the founders of MFS, Andy helped guide the company from start-up to its eventual sale for $14.4 billion to WorldCom.

A frequent author and speaker on telecommunications related topics, Andy has published over 170 articles and is the author of five books, including two Dow Jones books on telecommunications. He has appeared as a commentator on National Public Radio, C-SPAN, Bloomberg News Network and ABC News. In addition, he has served on the editorial advisory boards of Phillips Publishing Company, Internet Law and Regulation, Telecommunications Alert, Telecommunications Reports, Telecommunications Regulatory Monitor and The Satellite Compendium. Andy also served as general counsel to the International Teleconferencing Association and as legislative/regulatory counsel to the International Satellite Users Association. He sits on the board of directors of five public companies trading on the NYSE, NASDAQ and Toronto Stock Exchange.

Andy is co-founder and the first chairman of the Association of Local Telecommunication Services (ALTS), the national trade association for competitive telecommunications carriers.

Prior to entering private practice, Andy participated in the legal honors program at the U.S. Department of Transportation and served in the Office of the Secretary of Transportation. He also served as an extern law clerk to Justice Raymond Sullivan of the California Supreme Court.Andy graduated from the University of Rochester summa cum laude with a degree in Bachelor of Arts and received his Juris Doctor from the Stanford Law School.

Geoff has served as vice president of operations for Broadsoft, a leading software company enabling mobile, fixed-line and cable service providers to deliver voice and multimedia services over their IP-based networks. Prior to Broadsoft, he founded CNV Group, LLC, a global telecommunications consulting practice working closely with corporate board members to optimize operations of major telecommunications carriers. Geoff has also
served as an executive officer for Primus Telecommunications, where he was responsible for execution of significant capital and operational expense reductions, while preparing the company for deployment of next-generation network technologies and products for both, enterprise and residential VoIP markets. Prior to Primus, he held executive positions at Guidecomm Systems Inc., E.spire, and MCI. Geoff was also a founding member of the executive team for Concert Communications (BT & MCI), as a senior technical advisor for several key international agreements resulting in the creation of network infrastructures in Canada, Latin America, and Europe.

Kishor Vaswani

Kishor brings extensive experience across a broad range of security, privacy and regulatory issues. Formerly with Ernst & Young LLP, Kishor led numerous projects for Fortune clients spanning across regulatory policies, security reviews, and assessment of onshore and offshore vendors. He has served as an advisory member on a Joint Commission on Technology and Science (JCOTS) for the Commonwealth of Virginia. He has been a speaker on multiple occasions, including the MIS Conference and ISACA. He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Munish Gandhi

Prior to Clickable, Munish served as the Principal Engineer and Architect at Network Solutions, Chief Technology Officer for LifeMinders and SmartRay, and was the Principal Architect and Director of Data Warehousing at CNET Networks.

Munish has three U.S. patents including one acquired by Vignette from CNET to develop its flagship product enabling high-speed, database-driven Web pages. He holds several degrees, including a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Indiana University, Bloomington with a specialization in data modeling.
